Light yellow color, clean and elegant aspect. In nose we find dried fruits and nuts with a very subtle end of being toasted and box of cigars. Very delicate and a lot of fineness in mouth, the very clean palate due to the
good acidity.

 
Food Matching:
 
As a dry and oak-barrel aged Spanish “Champagne”, it handles best grilled or roasted lamb and pork, or fish in white sauce.
